Liability for content

As a service-provider, we are responsible under the general laws and in accordance with section 7 subsection (1) of the Telemedia Act for our own content on these pages. In accordance with sections 8 to 10 of the Telemedia Act, however, we as a service-provider are not obligated to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to search for circumstances that suggest the presence of any unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with the general laws remain unaffected thereby. Any liability in this respect is however only possible from the time of becoming aware of a concrete legal infringement onwards. Should we become aware of such legal infringements, we will remove such content immediately.

Liability for links
